Kyla Tuckerman

Kyla Tuckerman joined the firm as an associate in 2026. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a paralegal at the firm, handling complex trust and administration matters, including the preparation of federal estate tax returns.  Prior to joining McDonald & Kanyuk, Kyla worked as a paralegal at a Cape Cod law firm, where she focused on estate and elder law planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.

Kyla’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, business succession, asset protection, and trust and estate administration.

Kyla earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Suffolk University, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
